Each file begins with an investigation into employment, bank leads, public-record assets, business affiliations, and real property to assess collectability and strategy.

Where appropriate, we pursue income execution as allowed under New York law, subject to applicable limits and exemptions under CPLR § 5231.

Where bank relationships can be identifed and the fle supports action, we pursue restraints and levies to reach accessible funds.

40% of amounts collected from $1,000 to $25,000
35% of amounts collected from $25,001 to $100,000
